Facility DX
We turn paper-and-phone tasks into something that works on site

Operation that keeps it from going stale
Signage tends to freeze the month after it is installed. We can take on planning, producing, and swapping the content, so you can keep it running without assigning someone in-house.
What to check in a cold climate

The lowest temperature it will run at
Outdoors in Hokkaido, you need a guarantee that it works below freezing
Condensation and blown-in snow
The enclosure's waterproof rating, and the mounting angle relative to the wind.
Brightness switching
The brightness needed in midsummer daylight differs from that of a short winter day.
Ease of servicing
Whether it can still be inspected once the snow has piled up.

Up to installation
For an outdoor LED display we settle the location before the model. How the sun falls and where the neighbouring windows are change both the brightness needed and how easy it is to service.
1. Decide who will be looking
Someone standing close, or a moving car? The text size changes accordingly
2. Look at the site
We check the angle of the sun, nearby windows, and which way snow builds up
3. Choose model and brightness
We confirm sub-zero operation and day/night switching
4. Install and hand over the running of it
We hand it over only once it is clear who makes the content and who swaps it

Safety first — protecting people, buildings and business.
Where to start with facility DX
Choose the tool first and it usually ends up unused. It lasts longer if you pick one thing you currently do on paper and by phone that repeats the same content over and over.

Patrol and inspection records
Where things are written on paper and copied over later, we make it finish on the spot
Reporting defects
Photo and location are kept together, so less has to be re-explained to whoever does the repair
Handing over keys and equipment
Who took what, and when, is known without having to search
Repeating the same guidance
Put it on in-building signage and reduce how often it has to be said aloud

DX that fizzles out has something in common
If the person entering data and the person who benefits are different, it won't last. A system where the site enters data and only head office benefits becomes a formality within months. No more copying over, reports generated automatically, less time spent searching — set up one thing that comes back to the person doing the entry before you start. Not changing everything at once means you can see what went wrong when it does, and you get there faster in the end.
Built by a company that works on site, it lasts
We are a company that stands on site as security guards. We know what causes the hassle from the side that is actually standing there. Guidance on signage, how patrol and inspection records are kept, communication about construction and equipment — we build it on the premise that it has to work on site. Install it and hand it over, and the content tends to stop the following month. We can handle planning, production and updates, so you can keep it going without assigning someone in-house.
