What we use the information you give us for, and what we do not use it for.
About this document
We receive your details through our enquiry form and by telephone. In line with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, this page sets out what we receive, what we use it for, and what we do not use it for. If anything here is unclear, please simply call and ask.

What we receive
The enquiry form asks for only the six items below. Of these, three are required — your name, your email address and your message — and the rest are optional. If you consult us by telephone, we treat whatever we hear in the same way.

What we use it for
We use what you give us only to move that enquiry forward. We do not use it to promote products unrelated to your enquiry, or to solicit you for other services.

We do not pass it to third parties
We never hand what you give us to another company or person without your consent. We do not sell it as a list, nor trade it with other companies. The one exception is a lawful disclosure request from a public authority. Depending on the job, we may ask a partner company to carry out part of the construction or guarding. Even then we pass on only what that work requires, and they are held to the same handling rules.

About what you type into the chat
The box at the bottom of the screen is a guide that answers from what is written on this site. What you type is sent to an external service (Anthropic) so that a reply can be composed. For that reason, please do not type your name, address or phone number there. For a specific enquiry, please use the form or call us. We do not store chat exchanges.
How it is stored
This site has no database in which customer details are accumulated. What you send through the form arrives with us as an email at that moment and is kept within our mail. We keep it only as long as the record of the transaction requires, and delete what is no longer needed. To understand how the site is used and make it easier to use, we use analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity). Using cookies and similar technologies, they record which pages were viewed, what was clicked and how far pages were read, but they do not record what you type into the form or the chat. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Requesting disclosure, correction or deletion
You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Please say so by phone or email at the contacts below. Once we have confirmed that it is you, we will act promptly. There is no charge.
