General enquiries
- Q.How far do you cover?
- A.We are based in Hokkaido and take work nationwide. For distant sites, please discuss travel and accommodation terms with us.
- Q.Do you charge for a quote?
- A.On-site checks and quotes are free. If you are not satisfied with the quote, you are free to decline, with no obligation.
- Q.Can I order security and construction work together?
- A.Yes. That is exactly why all three businesses sit in one company. The more you combine — security with construction, or construction with signage — the fewer suppliers you have to deal with.
- Q.Can you handle urgent requests?
- A.Please call us. Depending on the request and the state of the site, we will tell you on the spot whether same-day service is possible.
- Q.Can individuals use your services?
- A.Yes. Individuals can also order leak repairs for their own home, and close protection.
About security
- Q.What is the difference between Type 1, 2, and 4 security?
- A.These are categories under the Security Services Act. Type 1 protects the inside of a facility (stationed and patrol work at commercial buildings and offices). Type 2 orders the flow of people and vehicles (traffic control at sites and car parks, crowd control at events). Type 4 protects a person directly (close protection). We handle all three.
- Q.What is the minimum number of officers?
- A.We take enquiries from a single guard upwards. The number of staff depends on the size of the site, the number of entrances and the hours, so we propose it after seeing the site.
- Q.Can I book for a short period, or even a single day?
- A.Yes. We take bookings for a single event or delivery day.
- Q.Are you a certified security business?
- A.We hold Hokkaido Prefectural Public Safety Commission Certification No. 10001029. Security work may only be carried out by certified operators.
About maintenance work
- Q.Another company repaired it before, but it is leaking again.
- A.In most cases, where the water shows and where it gets in are two different places. Seal only the exit and the water finds the next weak spot. We identify the entry point and the water's path first, then plan the work — so please start with an on-site check.
- Q.Can work be done in winter?
- A.It depends on the method. Some materials cannot be used once temperatures drop, so in Hokkaido the timing shapes the result. If you are in a hurry, we may propose splitting emergency sealing from the main work.
- Q.What is the Value Method?
- A.It is the method we use for waterproofing and sealing. Rather than covering the surface, it aims to stop the path the water travels — designed to curb recurrence in cold regions where freezing and thawing repeat.
- Q.Can the building stay in use during the work?
- A.In most cases, yes. We propose an approach that minimises disruption — dividing the work into zones, or shifting it to nights and closing days.
About signage & DX
- Q.Can LED displays be used outdoors in Hokkaido?
- A.Yes. We check four things first — a guarantee of operation below freezing, condensation and snow ingress, switching brightness between winter and summer, and ease of servicing when snow has built up — and then choose the model and location.
- Q.Can you also prepare the content that is displayed?
- A.Yes. We handle planning, production and swapping the content, so you can keep it running without assigning anyone in-house.
- Q.We're told to 'do DX', but we don't know where to start.
- A.Pick one thing you currently do on paper and by phone that repeats the same content over and over: patrol records, key handovers, reporting equipment faults, giving visitors the same directions. With tasks like these, the effect of replacing them shows quickly. Not changing everything at once gets you there faster in the end.
- Q.We worry whether we can keep it going in-house after it's introduced.
- A.If the person entering data and the person who benefits are different, it won't last. No more copying over, reports generated automatically, less time spent searching — we set up one thing that comes back to the person doing the entry before we start. For signage content, too, we can handle planning, production and updates, so you can keep it going without assigning someone in-house.
