Leak Repair
We stop the leak at the point where water gets in.
Lift-pit waterproofing, roof waterproofing, exterior wall repair and leak repair. On-site checks and quotes are free.
When to come to us

Water collects in the elevator pit
Rain gets in from the roof or balcony
Cracks in the exterior wall concern you
It was repaired before, and it is leaking again

Why it comes back after being repaired
Where the water shows and where it gets in are usually two different places. Seal only the visible exit and the water simply finds the next weak point. We first identify the entry point and the path, then build the repair around stopping it.
From enquiry to completed work

1. Get in touch
Tell us the symptom, the location, and when it started.
2. Site visit
We find where the water enters and the path it takes — free up to this point
3. Quote
We set out the method and scope, together with the reasons for them
4. The work
We seal the entry point before finishing the surface

Safety first — protecting people, buildings and business.
Common symptoms, and where we look
Here is where we look first for each symptom. We start from the entry point, not the exit.
A stain spreading on the ceiling
Not necessarily directly above. Water travels sideways along pipes and beams
Wet only after rain
We suspect wall cracks, split sealant, or joints in the coping
Only during the thaw
We suspect gaps opened by freezing, and water pooling on the roof
Damp all year round
We suspect the basement walls, pipe penetrations, or a rising and falling water table
What we look at on site
Besides where the water enters and the path it takes, if a previous repair failed to stop it, we look there again. Once the cause is clear we set out the method and scope with the reasons for them, and report in a form you can keep — usable when explaining things to residents or owners.
