About LIT, LLC
LIT, LLC is a security and facility solutions company that places security at its core and combines it with building maintenance and digital technology to support people, buildings and facility operations as one. Safety for people and sites through security work, upkeep and longer life for buildings through maintenance work, and better communication and smarter operations through digital signage and DX — raising the safety, asset value and operating efficiency of a facility as a whole.
How we work
Safety first, then the people, the buildings and the business built on it. That is where LIT stands. On-site security, waterproofing and repair work, outdoor LED displays and in-house signage — we hold all three in one company, so you keep a single point of contact and take only what you need. From the first enquiry through the site visit to sign-off on completed work, the same person stays with you.

Security, maintenance work and signage all come through one point of contact. When several trades share a site, LIT lines up the scheduling and the arrangements.
Decided on site
We decide the scope and the method after seeing the site. We do not hand over figures without looking. In Hokkaido, freezing and thaw change how a building wears, and photographs alone are not enough to judge it.
